For Immediate Release — The 2025 Great Charity Challenge sponsored by Fidelity Investments® (GCC) and hosted at Wellington International continues to prove that community collaboration can create extraordinary change. Through this year’s event, an additional $2 million in grants was distributed to 90 Palm Beach County nonprofits, impacting more than 150,000 lives to date.
Founded in 2009 by Mark and Paige Bellissimo, the GCC brings together the thrill of equestrian sport and the power of community giving. Thanks to the generosity of local donors, sponsors, and Wellington International’s commitment to covering all event costs, 100% of donations go directly to nonprofit organizations serving Palm Beach County residents.
“Every year, the GCC reminds us of what’s possible when people unite around a shared goal: to create a stronger, more compassionate community,” said GCC Executive Director Anne Caroline Valtin. “This year’s recipients showcase innovation, heart, and resilience across every sector—from youth development and education to animal rescue, veteran support, and environmental sustainability.”
