Thank you for your interest in private photography and videography accreditation at Wellington International
The application window will remain open until September 1, and acceptance notifications will be sent on or before September 15. Priority will be given to applicants with established portfolios, as well as to those with existing media, brand, and/or sponsor assignments/contracts. Questions can be directed to [email protected].

Wellington International Photography Collective
“The Collective” was started in 2022 by Wellington International to encourage a broader view of the event and all its happenings by requiring participating photographers to submit a selection of their favorite images and videos each week. The result has been a spectacular demonstration of what can happen when fellow creatives come together with unique perspectives from all corners of the grounds, ranging from pony moments to the International Arena and everywhere in between. This program has elevated the visual experience of the horse show and contributed to a collaborative environment among creative professionals, which is now emulated by additional events nationwide.
Participation in The Collective is open to private photographers and videographers who are accredited as primary shooters for at least half the 2027 season. In exchange for participation, a 20% discount will be extended.
Liability Requirements
All private photographers and videographers will be required to indemnify Wellington International and its affiliates against liability, and to carry and maintain liability insurance with combined limits of liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. A certificate of insurance naming Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (14440 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL 33414) as an additional insured is required from each business and/or individual.
