Video Accreditation

Thank you for your interest in private photography and videography accreditation at Wellington International

In order to be accepted as a private photographer and/or videographer during the 2026 Spring and Summer Series, please submit the following at least 48 hours before your planned arrival:

Send planned attendance to [email protected].
Submit Certificate of Insurance as proof of liability coverage—outlined below—to [email protected].

Applications for the 2027 Winter Equestrian Festival and Global Dressage Festival will open in early summer.

Questions should be directed to Lindsay Brock at [email protected].

Liability Requirements

All private photographers and videographers will be required to indemnify Wellington International and its affiliates for liability, as well as carry and keep liability insurance with combined limits of liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. A certificate of insurance with Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (14440 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL, 33414) named as additionally insured is required from each business and/or individual.
