Isabell Werth to Compete at the 2026 Adequan® Global Dressage Festival

Wellington, Fla. – December 10, 2025—Wellington International is honored to announce that Isabell Werth, the most decorated equestrian in history and current world No. 2 in dressage will compete in the CDI-W FEI World Cup™ Qualifier during Week 7 of the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival (AGDF). AGDF 7 runs February 18 through 22 and is proudly presented by Zen Elite Equestrian Center.

Werth’s participation will be a highlight of the AGDF season at Wellington International, which has earned an international reputation as the winter destination for the world’s best equestrian athletes. The seven-time Olympian’s appearance offers riders, fans and supporters a rare opportunity to witness a true icon of the sport competing at the highest level.

Werth stands alone atop the history of equestrian sport with an extraordinary 14 Olympic medals for Germany, eight of them being gold. Most notably, she was a double gold medalist at the 1996 games in Atlanta. Her consistency, artistry and leadership across more than three decades have solidified her as an undisputed icon in international dressage.

“Sixteen years ago, I competed in Wellington for the first time with Satchmo. I have fond memories of my time there and I am excited to compete there once again in 2026. I look forward to sunny skies in February and welcoming Dressage fans at the renowned Adequan® Global Dressage Festival,” said the Rolex testimonee.
